Shipping policy

All goods are dispatched from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia and are delivered by Australia Post.


If goods are in stock they will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Please be aware that not all products are kept in stock - some of the larger items are made to order.   Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Upon dispatch we will send you a notification email and your order should arrive within 3-7 business days for standard delivery and 1-3 business days for express delivery. For an accurate representation of delivery time frames please check the Australia Post website. to calculate the shipping time to your location just add the postcode 3023 (Ravenhall) to the FROM section and then your postcode in the TO section. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, for updates we recommend contacting Australia Post. During the months of November and December postage delays can be present so we recommend ordering with ample time to receive the parcel. 

We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in Australia. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office.

Express delivery within Australia

We use AusPOST's Express Post to deliver items Australia-wide from our Online Store in Melbourne, VIC. 

For Australian express post deliveries, please see below guideline, as to when you should receive your parcel:

Sydney metro, Canberra metro, Central Coast and Wollongong: 2 business day delivery from despatch
NSW Regional, VIC Regional, QLD Regional, Melbourne metro, Brisbane, SA Regional, Tasmania: 2 business days delivery from despatch
WA, NT Regional, Darwin, Perth, QLD Remote: 3 business days delivery from despatch
Please note, deliveries to rural areas will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links, this may take up to 6 business days.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from AusPOST with your tracking number, after which you can track your delivery. Please contact AusPOST for any inquiries about your order, as once this leaves our Online store, it is in the hands of AustPOST.

It is the responsibility of you (the customer) to ensure the shipping details are correct when placing your order. We take no responsibility for parcels being delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by you. If your order has been placed with the wrong address there may be extra postage charges charged to you. 

If your parcel is returned back to us we can resend it to you with a postage fee or offer you a store credit. A refund will not be available in this instance. 

If your parcel has been delayed by Australia Post we will lodge an enquiry on your behalf. We must follow the timeframes set by Australia Post. During peak sale periods there may be a shipping time delay, we will endeavour to stick to our same/next day dispatch guidelines. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will replace it. If an item arrives damaged, we will replace. If a parcel is delayed, we will wait until Aus Post deliver it or deem it lost in transit before replacing or refunding.
