FAQ's

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes we do, once you are at checkout you will have the option to select pick up. You can come and collect your order Monday- Friday 10am-4pm.

 

Can I change my payment method?

We will always do our best to help you, but once your order is placed, we cannot change your payment method.

 

Can I change my address?

Once your order is placed, we cannot change your address, please ensure you have filled in the correct details.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship all orders placed within 2 days.  We use Australia Post, please see their updated shipping estimations for a guide on when your order will arrive.

 

Do you ship world-wide?

Yes! We ship worldwide 

 

Do you ship to the UK?

Yes we do, orders may be subject to a VAT tax once picked up from your postal agency in the UK

 

Can I refund my order if I change my mind?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind; please ensure you choose your items correctly. We will always replace or refund damaged items.

What happens once my order is placed?

Your order will be packed and sent and you’ll receive a tracking number to track your parcel. If your product is out of stock an order will be placed with the printer and they will forward your order once complete directly to you.  If you encounter any issues with your order you can email pixelpurrrfect@hotmail.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

Yes, we do! We have stockists all over Tasmania and are always looking to expand. We have a set of criteria each stockist needs to meet to be eligible and unfortunately just having an ABN isn’t going to guarantee a wholesale account. You can send your enquiry to pixelpurrrfect@hotmail.com or for a faster turnaround fill out our wholesale inquiry form with as much information as possible.
